Borderlands General Knoxx DLC glitch

I have spotted a Bounty Board on the Map in the Crimson Tollway Map in General Knoxx DLC. I go to where I think the Bounty Board is according to the map and I do not see where the Bounty Board is. Can someone please tell me if this is a glitch or if I am doing something wrong? Please see the image for reference, thanks for any help.

Those symbols don't always represent bounty boards, it was the same in the vanilla game. They recommend things that change your access to the area aswell, such as roadblocks that you need to unblock for a mission, which I believe is what you are encountering here.kieranb2000
