Borderlands T-bone junction glitch

In the new Fort Knoxx DLC, I have completed the mission called "This **** is Payback." The map shows that the TUNR IN location for this mission is in T-bone Junction inside Scooters shop. I go in to talk to Scooter and nothing happens at all. Can someone please let me know what I am doing wrong? thanks for any help.

you sure it is not Athena you have to talk to? (is in the just behind Scooter

i looked behind scooter, and in back rom and no sign of athena.
