Brian Lara / Ricky Ponting International Cricket 2007

Just picked up for $15 NZ ($10 US Maybe?), has anyone played I thought it was pretty cheap so bought it on the spot. Is it worth it and is it a good game?

I played 2005 and the demo for 2007 on my 360. It's decent fun because, it's easy to smash nothing but 4's and 6's all over the ground, but bowling is kind of boring unless you're playing a country like Bangladesh, when you can just bowl maybe 3 overs over pace, with in-swinger yorkers right at the stumps to bowl them out for like 20. At least, I found the bowling kind of boring against like England, because, just as I did to their bowlers, they were smashing 4's and 6's all over the ground.

It is pretty good fun though...

Hey guys, I just bought Ricky Ponting IC 2007 a couple of days ago and have been trying to learn how to play the game, however I am finding it difficult to bat... I can play straight bat shots and sweep shots ok but anything else is impossible at the moment, so I was wondering whether anyone with experience could give me a few pointers please on how to bat cross bat shots and hook shots etc?
