Budget Graphics Card

Im new to the whole building a PC thing and I was wondering if any of you guys could recommend a good graphics card below 70 euro.......

Don't know if i'm asking a stupid question or not but I would appreciate your help.

Also the games I'd like to play would be Far Cry 2, Call of Duty 4............
