Building a 4K Desktop PC: How well will this run?

How well will this rig run the latest 4K games, in your opinion? I ordered the parts, and everything SHOULD be compatible. I've heard you usually have a few issues, but I think it should go fine. I kept the cost down under $2,000, which I think is VERY reasonable. Obviously i'll need a Mouse & keyboard and a few other minor accessories, but what do you think of the main rig?
