sometimes Tigerdirect has some good deals, but I would recommend newegg.com

newegg.com and zipzoomfly.com have very competitive prices the last computer I built about haldf the parts come from each site compare prices betweeen the two I think you will be happy.

Check this page. The link is to the Gamespot "Help Build a FAQ" topic, and has recommended online retailers for US and UK residents.

Personally, I like Newegg for most of my purchases. However, I use Brick & Mortar stores for large purchases due to the ease of returns. EVGA has a number of rebate specials this month, FYI, and a lifetime warranty on all their products.

Mwave.com is my favorite. It always offers the same products as newegg and tigerdirect, but theyre almost always cheaper. they are reliable too. right now on mwave.com a core 2 duo e6600 2.4 ghz processor costs $222, at tigerdirect, the same exact one costs like 239 and same with newegg. Mwave is not ALWAYS cheaper, but in my experience they have the best deals, and beleive me i do my research. no discredit to newegg or tigerdirect though, they are excellent sites.

I shoulda gone to Newegg, but no, Ive shoppin at Tigerdirect......Oh well. I think they're all the same for most part.

www.clubit.com .  Amazing service, better priced then the egg.  Look at their 6 month resellerrating, almost a 10.
