Building new rig with old parts for a friends. Are all these parts compatible?

I currently have a socket 939 3200+ and a cheap x300se video card and plan on upgrading. With my old parts i am going to build my friends a new comptuer because his just died.  He doesnt play games and is trying to keep costs down and only plans on using the computer for school, music, interenet, and that type of stuff. These are the parts i have organized to go with the 3200+ and the x300se:

it was just his birthday and im giving him my processor and video card...hes paying for the new parts...Im upgrading to a 4200+ dual core and a 8600gt
