I currently have a PC with a solid good GCard, a GeForce 7900 GS, with a pretty not good CPU, an AMD Athlon 64 3500+. People tell me, "that CPU ain't bad, just old." For me it's bad... Company of Heroes load times are fairly long, but once the loading is done I wait for about a minute, lower the settings... still too long, it's fustrating; I can't get into many games, load times are just like bad... Same thing for Battlefield 2142, load up, click join, the game plays at like it plays at about 2-10 FPS for 1-2 minutes then its super smooth. I know this isn't good, because my cousin has the same GCard, game settings, ISP, and same hardwire internet connection, but he's got an Intel Pentium 4 with HT. He plays fine. So, I kinda got off track with the CPU story... what I'm doing is making a PC with these:

Shuttle SD39P2

Intel Core 2 Duo

320 GB SATA

2GB DD2 800

And Some old PC Parts:

GCard 7900 GS

DVD DL RW/R Drive

Monitor and what not

Once I put all this hardware together, what will happen on the first PC Bootup? What will the system do? Do I just put in my Vista Boot Disk and install windows? Well please tell me if this rig should play games, stress-free, and if this will work out. Thanks.

There's nothing wrong with AMD.  If he had a comparable AMD chip he would have the same performance or better compared to the Intel chip.  You get more for your money when you buy AMD.

He does have mobo.  It's in the Shuttle SD39P2 casing.  It's specially made for that case.
