Building pc in summer??

So I wan to build my first rig this summer can some give me an suggestion for a $1000 PC. Oh and by the way I'm 14 years old :D that's why i am not spending that much on a rig. I'll just then upgrade

Buy a laptop then wait a couple of years to build a rig?

I think $1000 is actually plenty for building a reasonable pc. As long as you don't expect to get a Monitor with it for that price... Keep in mind I would suggest you wait for a 8xxx model in this price point rather then actually getting a 7 series card...
