bungie teases at a new IP.. going massively multiplayer?

infamous develoepr of mth series and oni bungie is apparantly working on a huge scale fps for pc. they even went so far as to joke of persistent worlds.. oh how i wish they wouldnt toy with us so..

No matter what it's going to be overpriced and have stupid content you can buy, Activision is going to be the publisher.

Wish these companies would get off the mmorpg stuff..We dont need them..Every damn company is trying to recreate the wow factor or the everquest world..Games dont need to be mmorpgs to be great..Besides that every game company that makes these mmorpg..Forgets about one thing the end game..Im talking every new mmorpg out there...Thats why they keep failing..They make this great world an its bland..Than people start to wonder what to do after they hit lvl 50 or what ever cap the mmorpg is at.They need to make end game content before they release these games..Other wise people get bored an leave..Cant survive with out it..Sure pvp is fun in some mmorpg..How ever most of these mmorpgs need some type of pve to survive..Everquest an wow survived for these steps..If these mmorpgs do come out with nothing to do at lvl 50..They will find players leaving there worlds an venture to the next game...

Persistent world FPS game would take a major overhaul in isp infrastructure for this to work out to half of its potential.

But I would love to see it.

I really want an FPSMMO. Even Halo would be awesome as an MMO. I think Blizz are rumored to be developing an FPSMMO too.
