Tons of people will yell at you and say it, but before paying X amount of dollars, I suggest you at least consider the idea of building one. My 2k PC can max anything pretty much with like good FPS, but it would have costed 4-5k from dell or those big companies, and still saved a bit from those cheap companies. It's really worth the difference in price to put that small amount of headaches and effort to build it yourself, and it's not a huge challenge, and there's millions of sites that explain exactly what to do (and your motherboard book should explain it pretty good).
And I'm too lazy to look for that PC, link us to it! We'll click and make negative comments!
It really doesn't take long to build one once you decide what parts you want to use. But, if I had to suggest a PC company to buy from I would suggest Dell. From my recollection of years past, HP was never a real solid computer. Their peripherals may be well made, but I've heard a lot of horror stories from HP. Just my 2 cents...
Edi: I hope you realize you are getting a CRT not an LCD with that. Most other companies, like Dell, include an LCD these days. Other than that the specs don't look too bad. Pretty on-par with what Dell offers. That CRT would be the deal breaker for me.
