Buying a new PC, need confirmation.

I can get this PC for a very decent price. What do you think of it? Is it good?
I'm not looking to run games at 1900xsomething resolution, I pretty much stick to 1024x768 because I have a 17" CRT monitor. I'm also not into overclocking. I was thinking about changing the video card brand but it meant deviating from my tight budget and a friend told me it's good enough anyway.

yes!

the processor is great, and palit is a good brand. theyre just making their way into north america, so theyre not too well known, but over in europe, i think it is, theyre a major brand.

the ram is great too, as you only need 2GB for games anyways.
