I bought my current Samsung LNT3253H from Futureshop.ca and had it shipped to my house with regular ol'Canada Post and it arrived in perfect condition. I wouldn't worry if they ship it via a reputable delivery service.

I also ordered my HDTV (42" Samsung LCD) from an Internet store and had it shipped to my house. The price was so much better than it was in retail stores for the same model, it would have been worth the hassle if the first one arrived damaged. But it didn't. :)

Online you'll find better deals, plus i boycott places like Best Buy.
