What title do I want? Which games do people play online more? There is a recent expansion called soulstorm I think and does that include all the previous titles or do I have to purchase the previous Dawn of War games.

I just went to EB the other day, and i picked up the platinum edition (Dawn of war, winter assault, and dark crusade) for $30. The latest soulstrom game didn't get the best reviews as it seemed like a copy of dark crusade. IMO get the platinum edition if steam offers it.

Well i just bought the Platinum Edition of DoW on STEAM the other day and it included the original DoW plus the Winter Assault and Dark Crusade capmaigns. With those three games you get 7 or 9 (cant remember now) playable factions and a lot of fun aswell. Soulstorm i hear added a few extra units to each existing army plus it added two new armies but apparently its not much of an improvement on Dark Crusade. And looking over the two new armies added (Blood Sisters and Dark Eldar) they don't seem worthy of buying the game just to get them.

You can get the Platinum Edition on STEAM for a reasonable price.
