Buying HDMI cable from monoprice.... difference between cables?? help!!

Im going to be ordering a couple of HDMI cables from monoprice.com and I was wonderingwhat's the difference between the cables that have ferrite cores and those that are net jacket????

One is probably higher quality than the other. It won't make much of a difference, though. HDMI either works or it doesn't. I read an article on the difference between HDMI Monoprice and Monster (which have all kinds of fancy things like gold-plating and what not) cables, and it said that at 1080p resolutions, both cables will perform pretty much indentically. It's only when you get to resolutions like 1440p will you see a difference.

oh ok i see. cool thanks. also does having eithergold plated or silver plated make a difference at all, because i thought I head somewhere that there is???

blah, don't worry about gold-plated marketing crap for digital cables. just get the cheapest one on there.
