700 watt that's bull

System Requirements: Minimum of a 450 Watt power supply.
(Minimum recommended power supply with +12 Volt current rating of 28 Amps.)

he isn't talking about sli and his pc doesn't have that much components (you power junkie)

as long as the12 volt is 28 amps and stable

I would reccomend at least 500 watt but his psu is 550 so should be ok as long ast the 12 line is good :)

700W is unnecessary for a GTX, but if you want a future proof PSU, then by all means. As for the motherboard, I would recommend going with a P35 chipset. Once again, more future proof, and superior to your board in terms of overclocking. The Antec Nine Hundred is a great case, and if you're looking for a full sized ATX, the Stacker from Cooler Master would be my recommendation, I've heard great thing about the Thermaltake Armor as well. Great rig you have there.

Have you made a decision on an OS?

Thanks for all your advice.

I'm looking at Vista Premuim for my OS, is it worth the extra money for ultimate? And do I need to go SLI? I've heard its important for running a rig through a big HDTV?

sadikovic, I'll take your advice about the RAM, but is 2 gig enough? I was going to get 4 gigs, but dont you need Windows 64 to run it? I've heard bad things about win 64, so i'm unsure about that.

Thnks again for your responses

Corsair HX520W is enough for that rig.
