Configuration :

Intel Core 2 Duo E8400

Mobo : GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3P

Ram : Kingston 2x2 GB DDR2 800MHz

Graphics Card: MSI R4850-T2D512 Radeon HD 4850 512MB 256-bit GDDR3

Hard Drive: Western Digital 320 7200RPM Model: WD3202ABYS

I need help choosing a Cabinet with Stock Cooler and PSU(don't know what Wattage ?).Also I am on Tight Budget with only 70$ Left :( .

I won't Crossfire for a year so choose PSU independent of that.

Also which will make more difference to performance Cpu downgrade or GPU downgrade?

Also I should be able to use Windows 7 and any new Games in 2009 (though not at the highest detail)

I already have DVD Writer(IDE) .

Also Suggest Good But Cheap Monitor (Not Part of Budget I just gave you)

Cabinet ? you mean tower ? well you can get one of those 550-650 wats psu tough it would be nice if you ad the silencer for 120$US but out of ur Budget and if you need a case too unlikey to be possible unless you take ultra cheap airflow case + cheap psu combo

I'm afraid you cant scimp on the PSU. It has to be expensive. Go Corsair.

Downgrade that cpu... and just overclock the new one, it won't perform exactly the same but the difference won't be huge also

Maybe the e7400 for $120 bringing you're budget up to around $115

Thermaltake 500w power supply for $49.99

Maybe a Coolermaster Centurion 590 for $59.99

This is assuming US Funds

edit: marcthpro... see if you can do anything a little better, you're pretty good at this stuff
