I have CH Pro Pedals. One problem I'm having with them is that I have to do a full motion rudder action to get the pedals to center each time I restart my computer or else the rudder calibrationis full only at one side and empty on the other. Also in FSX, these rudder pedals stay slightly off center once I center them and it causes my aircraft to pull to the left when taxing or moving on the runway if I set the null zone to 0.Are my pedals behaving normal?

Do yourself a favour and get the registered version of FSUIPC (Google search and you'll find it). You can calibrate and set the pedals and yoke from there much better than in FSX, with a bunch of other cool features included.

-Does it do this only in Flight Simulator X? -Are you using the CH drivers + Control Manager, or just plugging them in without any sort of dedicated driver install? Something about that doesn't sound right. Back when I had those pedals, I never had any centering problems...though I wasn't running FSX, and I opted to install CH's drivers to use the Control Manager (which allows for analog axis tweaking and powerful scripts).

I used the CH Manager as well. It still has the same problem on the Z-axis which is the rudder. Whenever I restart my PC or rescan the devices, the Z-axis indicator will be at the bottom position and I have toplay withthe rudder in full motion to get the indicator on the Z-axis to center. It effects FSX as well, as I see the rudder flap on the tailfully rotated to one side after the slightest move of my rudder pedals and I have to do a full back and forth motion to get them to center position. It's all fine until I restart my PC.

There isn't a CMS script running on every startup, is there? That might be responsible for the issue, if there's an errant bit of code messing with the rudder axis behavior. I haven't needed to recalibrate my controls in years, generally speaking-they pretty much stay calibrated without me having to move them to the extremes. Also, do you run your CH controllers merged (under a single Control Manager virtual controller/DirectInput ID), or separate?

It does it without CM Manager installed as well. I used to have a Sidewinder joystick with a rudder function built in and it didn't have that problem. My xbox 360 controller doesn't have that problem either.

I have the CH Pro Pedals USB and our virtual fighter squadron just switched to FSX accelerator/VRS FA-18 Super Hornet/ and eventually TACPAC when its released.. I've just started my training in the Naval T-45 "Goshawk" and when I start my taxi to the runway and when I can get there, then try to take off the rudders pull hard to the left so bad that I can barely overcompensate to the right and get the jet into the air? If anyone knows of a way to recalibrate the Pro Pedals in FSX/accelerator with VRS FA-18 Super Hornet please reply
