Can I run Call of Duty 4? Here are my system's specs:

AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4400+ 2.30 GHz

1 GB of Memory (RAM)

32 Bit and it runs on Vista Premium

NVIDIA GeForce 7300 LE

Total Graphics Memory: 383 MB

Dedicated Video Memory: 128 MB

Shared System Memory 255 MB

Thanks and if I can run, can I run it smoothly?

you should if you have a lower resolution. 2 gigs of ram is almost required these days so add another gig dude 1 doesnt cut it these days and i learned the hard way. You wont get any of those milli second freezes if you do. doubt it you could run it on high as well

Not true before upgrading I maxed out plenty of games with 1GB of RAM like COD 4, Bioshock, Unreal Tournament 3 and much more without any problems.

So I'll only have milli second freezes if I don't change it? I wanna know if I can run it without having choppy graphics and my pc crashing :p

well you have anok cpu but the 7300 is outdated i just replaced my 7300 with a 9800 gt. tbh i couldnt really run source games that good with my 7300 i just really dont know. i have a 27" tv thugh so that could of been the prob. runs fine now though can play crysis

2.4 GHz dual core or better1024MB RAM (2048MB for Vista)Nvidia Geforce 7800 or better or ATI Radeon X1800 or better

you are just above min req for graphics card everything else is good. reccomend though is higher than urs.

You need a Geforce 6600 as a minimum so yes the 7300le is fine but don't expect to run on high or even medium settings.  Low will be fine though.

it beats the minimum, so just lower everything to the minimum and put the res a little low and it should run at a playable framerate.

But I REALLY reccommend an upgrade if not an entirely new PC.  At least 2 GB RAM, and at least an 8600 GT.
