Call of duty modern warfare 2, reccomended requirements?

Hey guy I've been wanting to get cod:MW2 on my pc for quite some time now. I checked on srtest.com and it says that my laptop has the minimum requirement but it does not say whether I have the reccommended requirements. I want to play this game on medium setting at the most, not trying to play it on max. Anyone help me out? usually I'd download the demo and check it out but I can't seem to find one. Below are my laptop's specs.

CPU: AMD PhenomII N620 Dual core processor (2.80 GHz)
RAM: 4.0 GB
HDD: 500 GB
Graphics: AMD M880G With ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250 128MB display cache; up to 2045mb total
OS: Windows 7 64bit

It should run, maybe to a similar standard to the console versions but at a reduced framerate.

There is the COD4 demo you can download here on Gamespot, it will run nearly identically to that if you want to test it out.

All right thanks, i'll definitely download the cod4 demo. Yeah as long as it's close to the console, that's all that I want. So if I can run COD4 on high does that mean I can run CODMW2 on medium or is there no difference in terms of game engine and graphics between cod4 and codmw2?

I also checked on Srtest.com for how my laptop would perform with COD4 and it has the reccommended/max requirements. So does that mean CODMW2 won't be a problem for my laptop?
