Some might already have this update. I just finished installing it through Impulse.

Version 1.1.006

Download size: 288.44 MB compressed, 78 files.

The Version number may or may not be the same for box owners.

Here's what was fixed:

-----------------------------------------------------------
Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood v1.1.0.0
-----------------------------------------------------------

This update requires Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood v1.0.0.0 version to be installed.
Steam users: please wait until the patch is available through Steam

-----------------------------------------------------------

What's new in version 1.1.0.0.

General:
- Added auto-patching functionality
- Added community map support for single- and multiplayer
- Fixed crashing at the game start on some quad core CPU systems
- Fixed crashing and no sound problem with some audio cards

Single Player:
- Fixed a framerate-related issue with stagecoach chase in Chapter 3
- And some minor changes

Multiplayer:
- Fixed an issue resulting in lost connection to internet lobby
- Added the ability to disable sticky aim with dual guns
- Time limits reduced in multiplayer games to prevent too high money gains from a single match
- Spawn invincibility time extended, spawn effect changed
- Added cheaters reporting system
- Code modified to increase protection from cheats and hacks
- Added chat functionality on the character selection screen after death
- ****balance tweaked for Spy, Gunslinger, Hombre, Veteran and Sniper
- And some minor changes

just got this game, I wish the online sytem was better, the servers are horrible. More importantly, no one is ever on!

The game is still relatively new, so probably most are running single-player first to get used to the gameplay. That's what I'm doing, going through single-player first.

yeah i know it was annoying there was no option to turn off auto aim for dual guns. I mean where pc gamers and we play our fps with a mouse for a reason took no skill with dual guns just run and gun and the computer will score headshots for you!!

Definitely, a patch is always worth your time, especially if it fixes a part of the game you play.

I know what you mean about a slow connection. I used to have Dial-Up, then it got better when I installed a software accelerator. Later on I replaced it with cable broadband, which is what I'm using now.

Your best bet would be to download it when you have something else to do, like watch your favorite TV show.

Even when I had a slow Dial-Up connection, I always downloaded patches, because I liked having games without any bugs.:)
