At least according to Ad-Aware Anniversery Edition it is. When I booted up my computer the Boot Cleaner ran and removed ogg.dll, from the Call of Juarez folder. When I logged on, my scan log said a trojan dropper had been removed. So I ran a full Avast! thorough scan, which found nothing, and another full Ad-Aware scan which found nothing more serious than a tracking cookie. So I deleted the local content from Steam (the game obviously didn't work without the .dll), and redownloaded it. Same thing happened.

I'm thinking it was a false positive. Anyone else have this issue?

No, I didn't have that problem. Pretty good demo.

I know, I enjoyed it a lot. I want to buy the full game, but not if Ad-Aware is going to be removing to be removing files all the time.

If by "trojan", you mean a 15 minute demo for a 7 hour game - then yes - yes it is a trojan.

sorry - couldn't help myself.

I really wanted to buy this game, but at 7 hours long, I would feel guilty spending that much money on it. . . Maybe when the price drops.

Is that the actor/wrestler John Cena, what the hell is he doing? That made me seriously lol.

On topic I wouldn't think the demo is a trojan if downloaded from the game's official website or a reputable site like Filefront and the like. The game does looks good though and supposedly has great multiplayer. The only reason I'm waiting on buying it until possibly a price drop is, I'm not too fond of western source material that much.

I dowloaded it from Steam, know I know its legit. I just want to see if anyone else had a similar issue. It just seems strange. Usually with false-positives there are more than one case...

Yes, I just finished now. No red flags raised or flags of any other color for that matter.

Well, I hadn't updated my definitions file, so that may be it. I thought it was odd though. I was really worried I actually had a trojan for a while, but the filetype that Ad Aware said it was creates a variety of files in specific locations, and these weren't there when I checked. It also hides behind svchost, but I manually checked all of these and came up with nothing, and Avast! didn't find anything either, on thorough settings.

I just think its odd that I am seemingly the only one who has recieved this.

Edit: Also, I didn't actually recieve notification of this until after I had played the game and restarted my computer.
