Has anyone encountered the problem when trying to run the C&C 3 Demo it switches to a black screen, then restarts your computer? Anyone know how to solve this problem?

AMD Sempron 1.8GHz 512MB RAM ATI Radeon Xpress 200M Conexant AMC Audio I'm fairly sure my drivers are up to date. I don't see why the game wouldn't run as it runs on the same engine as Generals and I can run Generals :(

ive got a laptop to and was wondering wether my ati 9200 mobility would be able to handle it. everything else about the laptop is good, eg 1gig of ram etc, just the video card. it would take me like ten hours to download, so i want to make sure it would work first.

Hey

I had this problem before with other games. Your setting are set to stop windows when an error occurs. I could tell you the setting to turn this off but thats useless as you would just see a BSOD screen instead.

What you need to do is most likely update your BIOS as the error message sounds like maximum_wait_objects_exceeded

Worked for me
