Hey thank you for responding. I checked and i have the latest drivers. I tried to tweak with the setings but it was the same. And it's not that i cant see anything in the backround its just very blurry or with very little detail. I put view distance and detail distance to 100 in GTA but it's the same.
Edit: Oh, no i have nothing running except the game.
It's some nice advice but i don't think viruses are my problem. What can be causing this? Another example is when there are those motion capture mission intro in GTA IV and everything away from the view is blurry.Revan_911
Lol it's his sig, he didn't say that to you. What drivers are you using for your graphics card?

Try reinstalling the drivers but use Driver Sweeper too. Also I've read about some issues with the latest WHQL drivers, I'm using the 180.48.

Just don't use the -norestrictions to use 100 view distance. It's not good. Just use what the game allows otherwise you will get missing textures lack of detail etc, blurry etc.
Its not just GTA. I have problems on all games.Revan_911Do have issues running other programs or just games? To me it sounds like you might have driver issues (not all video drivers work well on all computers)...find older drivers; either 180.48 or 178.13 and try those. Make sure you uninstall your current drivers and do a clean sweep (can use this driver cleaner: http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?det=745) before you try to install one of your other drivers. If you still have problems then I'd suggest looking into replacing your video card - since you are under warranty, this shouldn't be too much of a hassle.
