Can Fraps record skype???

Hows it going? Im not sure if this is the correct place for this so I apligize if it's not, Im trying to record a skype video conversation and not sure what is the easiest way, I have fraps but it only works for games? anyone have any solutons that would be great,

I dunno about skype but I can record Youtube videos and the fraps overlay tells me the framerate and everything...
