Why would yo buy it off ebay? You can buy iut direct from steam or with the orange box. It is an online only game so if whomever you buy it from has activated it, I don't think you will be able to play it. Steam games are registered under a specific user. Personally I would take the safe route and buy it on steam or in a store, but I guess if you are getting a really good bargain maybe its worth the risk to you.

I was asking whether i can buy the game form steam with paypal. I downloaded steam program and logged in and found out you can and i bought it using paypal. My plan B was to buy it form ebay since i know they use paypal all the time. Thats why i asked if it would be safe buying the game from ebay.
