Can I find a similar configuration elsewhere for less money?

Hey guys, I've been really researching hard trying to finda laptop that's portable, affordable and okay for recent games. I put together this configuration this morning:

This Sager NP8662 costs about $2,400.

- Display: 15.4" WUXGA LCD with Matte Finish Surface (1920X1200)[+$175.00]
- Processor: 45nm Intel® CoreTM 2 Quad Processor Q9000 / 6MB L2 Cache, 2.0GHz, 1066MHz FSB[+$165.00]
- Video & Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 260M Graphics with 1GB DDR3 Video Memory
- Operating System: Genuine MS Windows® VISTA Home Premium 64-Bit Edition
- Memory: 4GB Dual Channel DDR3 SDRAM at 1066MHz - 2 X 2GB[+$55.00]
- Primary Hard Disk Drive: 500GB 7200rpm SATA 300 Hard Drive[+$105.00]
- Optical Drive: 2X Blu-ray Reader/8X DVD±R/2.4X +DL Super-Multi Drive & Software[+$145.00]
- Wireless Network Card: Intel Wi-Fi Link 5300AGN - 802.11A/B/G/N Wireless LAN Module
- Bluetooth: Internal Bluetooth V2.0 + EDR Module
- Intel Robson Technology: Intel 4GB TurboMemory Module[+$85.00]
- Primary Battery: Smart Li-ION Battery Pack
- Integrated Security Device: Fingerprint Reader
- Microsoft Office: Microsoft Office Ready with Free 60-Day Trial
- Warranty: Sager 1 Year Limited Parts and Labor Warranty
- Additional Power Adapters: CAR-1010-2, Car Adatper[+$65.00]
- Additional Battery Pack: BAT-8662, NP8662 Smart Li-ION Battery Pack[+$110.00]
- Carrying Bag: Standard Carrying Bag

I don't really HAVE to have a laptop with ALL of these specs, but something of similar quality. Maybe with a backlit keyboard (that would be cool.) I'm open as to any suggestions you'd have regarding a smarter purchacing choice I can make. It would be awesome if I could pull the price down to somewhere under $2,000, but that's probably unlikely. Someone told me to try to build my own if I was going to be picky, but I'm not that talented. Any advice you guys have is appreciated.
