Since my old speakers broke, I need a new pair of 2.1 speakers. Is this a good one?

They are the Logitech S2200 2.1 speakers.

The satellites will be pretty poor but if you want something for internet browsing and youtube it should suffice. Not for music.

For $30 you'd be hard-pressed to find a better 2.1 setup (or any 2.1 setup, for that matter). This does not mean that they are great speakers, only that you're not going to find much for a dedicated sub and satellite speaker combo at that price. Personally I would save up and get something that'll last ten or twenty years (my home theater speakers have been in use for over 15 years, now), or put the money towards a pair of decent headphones.

Good luck, whatever you decide!

For anything below a $100 budget, your best bet for performance-price will be in headphones.

Is it impossible for you to triple or at least double your budget? 30 dollars is not a lot of money, at that price point you can't hope to achieve much better than TV speakers...

If you're just looking for a speaker that gets the job done while not breaking the bank then get it.

Maybe save up and invest in a really good headset in the future...
