can i have max settings w/ no slow down on these games?

I know I can w/ C&C3 as I looked at the GS system PC comparisons but I cant find them on these:

Elderscrolls 4
Supreme Commander
Crysis  -  (I know its not out yet)

and I'm not talking about what it says on the box, cause they usually just say 6800 or higher or some general crap like that.
