Eh guys (or girls)

Just wondering can i overclock my CPU (P4 @ 3.6Ghz STOCK!!!!!!) on a Intel LGA775 (D945GTP) Board? Could I also get a guid to doing it?

If so what parts can i buy to keep temp's low while running games like Grid,Crysis or Cod 5 At high res?

1 important thing!!!!I live in South Africa and the currency (rands) against Dollar is lets say Lofty.So i need the price as low as Possible while keeping Quality high.

If you are going for high end cooling you are talking about water cooling and for the same price you could probably get a newer processor for the same price. As for fans, take a look at the Zalman range of coolers. The CNPS8700 is quite good and not too expensive, doesn't sound like a freight train either. But to be honest it sounds like a P4@3.6 is already going to be running hot and using quite a lot of power so overclocking it will exacerbate the problem.

Should be able to OC it if the Bios allows certain things to be changed like the FSB, VCORE, RAM/CPU fregquency ratio, RAM Speed...
