My Specs :

Acer Aspire M5640-OM7C | got pc about a year now |

MOBO :ACER MCP73 -http://www.joway.com.hk/buy2buyupfile/2009112517125314722s.jpg
CPU :Intel Core2 Duo E8200 @ 2.66 Ghz
RAM : 3 Gig DDR 2 Ram
HDD : 500 GB
GPU :NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT ( Overheating , Doing nothing , and reaching 68 Degrees. ) CRASHED
Monitor :Acer X223W 22 '' 1680-1050
PSU : DC Output 400 W . ( think it will run fine since my system with 5770 only will use 200-340 watt.)

Will it bottleneck anything? or just run fine , good? the parts are about an year old

also , i got a physx card with the geforce 8800gt is it still needed if i get a Hd 5770?

Just to be safe I would suggest replacing the power supply for a 500/550w quality one, but It should work fine. I would also suggest taking apart the 8800gt and try cleaning it... Prebuilts usually dont have the best of airflow so in the future I would suggest replacing the actual case with something with more airflow.

All in all: try and clean 8800gt to try and lower temps, my Gtx 260 was reaching 96 C load, around 60 idle, and I took it apart and cleaned it, now I idle at 40 and hit ~72C Max playing Crysis, 68C playing SC2 Beta.

not to seem unfar or nit picky but sc2 isnt exactly ''demanding" :P

heck my younger bro's pc plays it on high @ 1024 x 768 and hes got a pentium D and hd 4670 :P

I know that but I also Sighted 72C playing Crysis, additionally the Furmark burn test maxes out at 75C. The only reason i said SC2 beta is because it was what I am playing atm :P
