Recommended doesn't mean max settings, if that's what you're trying to run the game at. The first thing to turn down or off is Anti-Aliasing (AA). Another would be to try turning off VSync (which allows the game to run higher than your screen is capable of displaying - this can allow smoother gameplay. Another option would be to turn down things like 'post processing', or 'motion blur', or 'shadows', if those are available in the menu. All of those will cause slowdown in most games. Last, the resolution you're trying to run can also make a huge difference in the performance. A 6550 may just not be enough to run that game if you have it set to 1920x1080. Just to clarify: Minimum requirements are the very minimum that the developers feel anyone should have, where everything at the lowest settings can have some kind of playability of 30fps. Recommended requirements are the minimum that the developers want people to be able to run the game with, but even then, those can be very conservative, as a developer wants the most purchases as possible. Recommended may actually be shooting for 1024x768 resolution with no AA and everything set to medium details.

Thats a horrid gpu.

untrue hes rocking a fusion APU an a8-3850 or 3870k to be real wit chu. about as good as a 6570.

i recommend getting yourself an hd 6670 graphics card and running hybrid crossfire as a 6690D. that should be good. if not just disable Hybrid mode and you will be playing it fine on the 6670
