Can i run metro 2033

I saw Metro 2033 is on sale for 10 bucks on steam right now, and i really want to pick it up. But im not sure if i can run it, so here i am :) I can run fallout 3 and it works fine with all the expansions and stuff, on medium, and i ran crysis on low but it still looked amazing. all im wondering is, can i run metro? if you need, i can try to find my specs. thanks in advanced

Probably not. Crysis on low is not a good sign. Need to know your specs before we can say for certain though.

And Fallout 3 is not a graphically intensive game by any stretch of the imagination.
