Can i run xp games on vista??

Can i run games from 2006 on a vista computer?? i have to know this cause we're getting this new computer with vista and i wanna play some of my old games, can i do that??

In theory yes. There is no guarantee that they'll all work though.

Of course, of all the games I've tested, all worked. (tested quite a few actually)

All games which I have played on Vista was working greate! But some programs arent working which was working on xp. :)

Vista compatibility is pretty good, most should work, if they don't and are new then it won't be long before they do.

You should be able to set the compatibility mode to XP, Which should solve any problems Vista doesn't already compensate for, aside from that more compatibility will develop over time. You won't be left out.

most of them should but if you don't have Vista set to classic non-Aero interface then they will run slower on the same harware

No they won't, Aero is disabed as soon as a full screen app (such as a game) is started
