Wether or not you can sell to other people depends on the person you're selling it to. Gamestop doesn't take used PC games pretty much for one reason only: Because people....(I can't reveal exactly what they can do, but here's a hint: Clipboard.)

To other people yes, To stores no. However I would advise you to inform those that buy your games that the Cd-Key have been used or registrered online. They could get very angry with you if you don't.

Varies from game to game. If the game requires you to register it online like steam then no you cant sell it (technically you can sell it but except someone to be pissed off with their new coffee coster) . Oh and shops dont accept PC games... the only place you can probably sell them is on ebay.

As already mentioned, stores will not take them. As also already mentione you -may- be able to sell them to other people, but to be honest nobody should want to buy your used PC games because they are basically taking you at your word that the game will work. Personally, I would never purchase a used PC game from a stranger. There can be a number of problems:

1) If the game is completely offline and has no copy protection beyond a CD check then this is fine.

2) If the game has any online component then the key can generally be transferred, but you are taking the other person at their word that they did not retain copies of the key and that they won't use that key thus preventing you from using the online component.

3) If the game uses the key to create a user account then you are generally fine, but in that scenario it's not usually necessary to purchase a used copy of the game since many such games have publically downloadable clients.

4) If the game has any kind of online activation, you might be buying a game that is useless since that key's activations may have already been used up. In some cases you can purchase a new key from the original company, but this would be money spent in addition to the money you spent on the used title.

Bottom line is you might be able to find someone willing to buy them but if they have any brains at all they shouldn't purchase them from you because they are basically relying on your word alone that the game will work for them without problems.

It depends on the DRM and to some extent on the age of the game. I bought a 17 year old game on eBay and it works great. Byshop, that is an epic and marvelous sig. Lots of bonus achievement points for that one.
