Can i use Integrated Graphics until i get a Graphics card?

Ok im getting an i5 2500k and i was wondering if i could use integrated graphics until i get the money to get a Radeon 6950 or something else heres the link http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboBundleDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.644166

yes jsut dont be playing and graphically demanding or brand new games with it.. older engine games are where id stay till you do the hd 2000 onboard is kinda wimpy

p67 do not support integrated graphics. If you looks at the motherborad you will see not video connection. H67 support the integrated graphics but have less overclocking abilties from what I hear. The z67 is supposed to combine the best of both.

It will not play games at high settings and sometimes high resolutions. It will, however, suffice until you get a video card. It isn't THAT weak, but even a standard 6450 would perform better than it.

you need an h61 or h67 or z68 mobo to actually use the integrated graphics, p67 only supports discrete cards. You could borrow an older card from a friend or something untill you have enough $$, or you could buy a really crappy old cheap one at craigslist for like 10 bux.

Just wait until you have the money for both. You want be playing any recent games with IGP, even if it's HD3000.

If you want to play graphic intensive games (almost all modern DVD games) you can forget about integrated graphics. They are generations behind the graphics cards available on the market. Simply go for a low end graphics card first and then consider about a better card later.
