everything but the GPU is more then enough. It is an intergrated graphics chip, so it will use some of youre RAM. Overall, low at the max @ 10x7 or even slower at 12x10. Test it out, there is a demo and then run the stress test to see what you avg.

your PC is generally awesome apart from the graphics card. i run company of heroes on: Geforce 6800 128mb (AGP) AMD Athlon64 3400+ 2GB DDR
and it runs peachy on medium settings. even though your graphics card is wank maybe the extra speed from processor and ram will allow you too play it on .low- medium at a solid framerate ^^ but seriously just by a Geforce 7 Series they arent too expensive anymore. and since you already have PCI-E motherboard etc. itll be piss to upgrade your graphics card at a desent price. (£120-80? (or somwhere around $170-220?) which isnt bad atall considering the HUGE performance boost you would get. you would also then beable to run COH at max or near max ^^
Just get Dawn of War. It’s the very same game as CoH with much lighter GPU requirements. I don’t like fantasy themes either but once you start playing the game is almost EXCATLY the same as CoH. Just one is WWII and the other is some fantasy troll thing.
But yeah with that card you will have to set CoH on low to play.

Just wondering, but why did you get a PC with a very good processor but a weak graphics card? It was cheap, my old comp broke, and i bought a new comp just to play wow.
does your GEFORCE 6800 play smooth on company of heroes when it's on HIGH settings ? I just installed an ATI X1550 Pro on my PC running Core2 Duo 2GB RAM DDR2 160 GB HDD . My graphics card is 512MB with 1 GB hypermemory. and I cant seem to get a smooth game. I don't know if I got my settings configured wrong but on default and graphics setting on low, I keep getting weird looking pink of black BLOCKS whenever I blow up the enemy tanks... somtimes the tanks are invisible and the driver's just floating on air... Don't know what the hell is happening... Is it my graphics card being defected? I just bought the damn thing last week...
