Here's my pc system stats:

2.6 GHZ Intel pentium 4

256MB Ram memory

80GB disk space

Nvidia Geforce4 mx440 3D AGP graphics with 64mb video memory with Directx 9.0

48x24x16x48 max speed CD/DVD drive

Does this game reach the recommended requirements of GTA vice city?

If thas all your playing do what ^ says but if you want to play newer games down the track you are better off getting a new computer. Good parts are getting cheaper and cheaper. You can build a fast computer for under 1000 dollars now.

Try to upgrade your RAM a bit too. Being a low-end Pentium4, there's a chance it uses DDR400 (PC3200). Although don't bother with branded RAM such as Kingston, Corsair etc for that unit.

(+ 635 MB if video card does NOT support DirectX Texture Compression)

Recommended System Requirements

1.55 GB of free hard disk space
(+ 635 MB if video card does NOT support DirectX Texture Compression)
