I plan on overclocking the E8400 to 4ghz too with a scythe ninja. Will my rig run on this? And how quiet is it?

Alright cool. Just had to ask because my 8800GT is reccomended a 500w.death1505921Nah you will be fine, on evga's website they want 22A for the card under full load and that number also includes the other parts of your system also. Even 2x9800gtx don't need over 30A
