games that arent supported for the rift.

just display the same image in each eye and no motion tracking, or w/e. just like a normal TV goggles (or w/e their called)

id hate to be limited to games that are specifically designed for it, mainly cause consoles may not be period, so if theyd still "work" for other games, even if not at full functionality, id be pleased.

I guarantee there will be a workaround eventually.  But with something as sentsitive as virtual reality, I would stick with the officially supported titles.

I can see no reason why it would not. Id imagine there should be third party programs that make ORift track with mouse emulation soon too if there arent some already.

There are a lot of mods out there for Ocolus Support so I wouldn't worry too much about a game not being supported for it.

Most titles the typically use trackIR such as flight simulators will undoudtedly adopt the technology. If you do not play these type of titles, I certantly would not recommend picking it up.

dont forget race sim too, but i can see a fault with this like trying to access their wheel buttons.

Racing games should be great for oculas rift. Titles like digital combat simulator with highly detailed fully 3d cock-pits should be amazing with it.
