Can PC SF4 play Tag; i mean 2v2 ?

I own a ps3 version of sf4, and my friend owns a pc version; and his annoying mouth keeps saying his version has a tag gameplay (2v2) that mine does not. However i can find no such reference to tag in sf4 existing anywhere on the internet. As a last confirmation, i would like to ask the members of the PC board to confirm this. So?

There was no tag team mode when I played it at my friends so I think your friend is just being a goof.
