Hey guys I'd like to OC my RAM and CPU. I did it once a few months ago after trying to learn the whole process of overclocking and read countless threads and posts of peoples OC profiles and tried to mimic them and did some mixing and matching.
At one point I had a stable 3.8ghz oc and my ram running at its advertised speed at 1600mhz with a ratio of 12:2 or 2:12 cant remember which way round it goes. Anyway I'm no hardware God but I get whats what and I know basically whats going on.
So since I got the latest BIOS update for my asus p6t it wiped all my oc profiles clean and since then I've attempted to get it back to how it was a couple times unsuccessfully as I could never find the posts that got me there in the first place.
Can you help me get back to a stable running 3.6-3.8 ghz with my ram running at 1600mhz

My Rig
Cooler Master Haf 932 full tower
ASUS P6T X58 ATX LGA1366 (not the SE nor the Deluxe)
Win 7 64bit
i7 920
G.SKILL F3-12800CL9T-6GBNQ 6GB DDR3 3X2GB DDR3-1600 CL 9-9-9-24
crossfired xfx raedon 4890's
Corsair TX850w PSU
and my cpu cooler: Coolermaster Hyper 212 Plus Direct Touch 4 Heatpipe Heatsink

So I guess the most important part there is my ram kit and my i7920.
I can play with my settings and possibly get things working but I honestly dont trust myself and my knowledge in OCing hardware, so I hope you can help me out here in getting it right in the first handful of tries with out me killing my precious hardware i dropped $2600 on :D
