Can someone please help me build a 2500k (Sandybridge) system for 400 Pounds?

Not an expert in intel's so I would like some help building a system around the 2500k sandybridge with the newer socket (don't know if its 1155 or 1156)

I already have a GPU (GTX 260 SuperO.C) and hdd.

has anyone used a coolermaster elite 430? they seem pretty good :)

thanks in advance for any replies guys

The P8P67 standard overclocks a lot further than the LE, its worth paying a little extra for that big jump.
