Hi

this is my first post post on this forum. so if i make any mistake or anything, SORRY! lol

I want to play a good online game.

i already played calll of duty 4 & NFS carbon and others like that online. SO i don't want anyone to suggest me that kind of games.

I want someone suggest me a game that i can only online (e.g world of warcraft). i only got 25pound (max) with me.

Here is what my PC is made of. my brother built it himself for me.

AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 6000+

3.05 GHz

1 GB ram

i got windows vista and xp running on my computer

I got a Nvidia 8400gs graphic car.

This is what i look for in an online game : does it have good grahpic, is it interesting in long run, is there lots of stuff i can do and is there fighting involved and is it a fantasy game?

I already thought getting WOW but i heard it cost $15 a month that out of question. then i thought about getting Lord of rings Online. i think if no-one here can give me a good game, then i will probably get that.

SO CAN ANYONE SUGGEST ME A GOOD ONLINE GAME?

Thanks to Whoever that can help me or bothers to read this thread.

LOTRO also costs $15 a month...As do almost all MMOs. I think you would dig Guild Wars as it has no monthly fee just expansions you can add. I don't know anything else about the game though, other then it is pretty popular.

You might want to try the Orange Box, Game has a special offer right now, 19 pounds instead of 30 pounds. If you want online games, then Team Fortress 2 is one of the best online shooters available. Also, you could try Battlefield 2, the Deluxe Edition is 15.99 pounds.

I can't recommend any MMOs since I don't play any, but if you're looking for online games, then I'd suggest Team Fortress 2 and Battlefield 2.

why don't you get into Counter-Strike:Source? your "leveling" is entirely dependant on your skill, its very tactical, will last many months or years, no monthly fee, and you will get addicted to it.

Tactical? That game rellys on cheap tactics, and quick reflexes, not that tactical at all, but fun none the less

I agree with guild wars. It sounds like the best fit for an mmo style game though its not technically an mmo. Team fortress is also fun if you want a shooter but it sounded like you had already tried fps games.

I think you should try Guild wars. There's no monthly subscription fee, it's a massively multiplayer online RPG, fantasy game and it's very popular, It's probably your best bet.

Just a one time purchasing fee of the game and that's it. No monthly fee whatso ever and there also also expansion available for puchase. Although it is not requried for you to buy them , it goes along with each other quite well. The expansions are standalone games except for Eye of the North. There is also no advertising in game just in case you were wondering.

Sins of a Solar Empire? Teamwork is essential, and although the games are long (an afternoon) it brings a lot of satisfaction if you win.
