My specs:

3.0 ghz pentium 4 prossesor.

2 gigs of RAM.

Windows Vista (yes...........you may mock me).

nVidia 7600 GS.

LOTS AND LOTS of hard drive space.

Computer case has 4 fans in it, although only 3 are enabled.

I was just wondering because I saw FarCry and it looks preety awesome. I know the PC can HANDLE it but I was just wondering if it will run ok

You should be able to run it on that without too much trouble.

Any potential and unpredictable Vista issues aside, the game will run just fine. My Athlon 3500+ with 1 gb of ram and an X1300 ran it very well on mostly high settings (though not the very high ones).

Hell, I ran it pretty smooth on my 2400+, 1GB RAM and a 9800Pro. Of course that was a looong time ago, and I have no idea if they have updated the game with some new pointless graphics.

I could run Far Cry maxed on a GeForce Go 7200.  I think the 7600 will suffice quite nicely for it.

Shader Model 3.0 and HDR were added through patches.

Yes, you should be able to have a decent framerate and resolution at 1024x768 with medium settings.  YOur memory is good and your graphics card is more than adequate (7800 or higher is ideal, but us 7600 owners will survive).  Not having a dual core processor might hurt a bit when the battles get large and the physics really start going into full speed, but that shouldnt happen too often.
