I don't know anything about computers, so can this play Crysis Warhead?

maybe low at very low rez... it's onboard graphics so it's not going to cut it i'm afraid

There was a vid i watched on the internet showing it playing through low-med-high-very high, and even medium was barely playable. However you do have a fairly good comp barring the onboard GPU. Stick one in there and you're set to go. 9800GT (8800GT re-wrapped), 9800GTX, 9800GTX+, HD4670, HD4830, HD4850 and up

www.systemrequirementslab.com, typ in cryses and you can even see how good your pc is and if your pc can run it.

closer to very high, it depends on the resolution you play at and the amount of AA and AF you want though. everything else looks good. 3GB of ram is plenty and the CPU is a solid quad core. for a reference, my rig in my sig will max out crysis (DX10 xp hack) at 1280X1024 with no AA or AF and keep a steadyish 30FPS. at all high it hovers around the 45FPS mark. u have more ram than me and, if u get a 9800GTX, u will have a better GPU than me. im not sure how ure CPU stacks up but i think itll do the job.
