bought an HP D5000t couple weeks ago and it has a psu of 460 Watts Max Output, 12Va 16, 12Vb 15, 12Vc 8 something like that. It also says 12Va 12Vb 12Vc cannot exceed 365 or 380 Watts. i was wondering if it can run the ati 4850 without having any problem or bottlenecking.

Your +12v rails can put out more wattage than is going to be used by your entire computer. It should have no problems with an HD 4850, assuming that the PSU has a PCI-e 6-pin connector.
