The HDMI cable is sufficient, although if your monitor doesn't have speakers then you'll need an audio cable as well. The normal AV cables can block the HDMI port so there's an additional dongle you can use that'll work with the HDMI plug. I haven't seen the slim so I'm not sure if this was still a problem.

Providing your monitor has HDMI input then it should be fine. As neither my monitor or 360 had HDMI I connected them with the 360 VGA cable which does the trick.

If you have the hdmi output on your 360, then use that. If not, grab VGA cables from monoprice.com

Most monitors that have an HDMI input only have one so since you have a PS3 on your monitor you should go for the VGA cable like some people said. You can visit Newegg.comfor one.

I don't see why you couldn't. If your monitor has HDMI then plug in your box and try it. Guessing that you don't have a Launch box 360 with out HDMI :P
