im not really sure, i doubt it because HP usually make systems where you cant upgrade things. since its a mini tower i also doubt it.

Not sure about Mini-towers, but I've got an HP Pavilion a250n micro atx case. Over the summer I put a new PSU in there (ATX), a new mobo, cpu...the works, changed everything but the drives. It even fits a x800GTO (AGP) with an Arctic Silencer on it. There's a surprising amount of room in the case ;)

Regarding your second question, you can always migrate your components to a new case, provided you know how to reinstall them ;)

i dont know if it is worth upgrading those two computers.  p3 is way slow.  i dont know of a case that has two motherboard trays, two psu trays but im sure someone can customize one to do that but would be too much time and trouble.  what would you do with two motherboards and cpus in one case? or what are u trying to do?  if your trying to make a faster computer you are going to have to open your wallet and buy a new system.

How old is this computer? CS 1.6 can run on anything made 4 years ago.
