I haven't seen any fan specific LEDs however you can get fans that are pre-lit with LEDs starting around 7 bucks on TigerDirect.com
I have never seen any and I just looked into it and I could not find anywhere that sold them, as the previous post stated you can get them with LED pre built into them in many different colors and UV
